A young major was sentenced Tuesday to two months suspended prison sentence and 13 miners were indicted by a juvenile court in Melun, outside of violence during a demonstration schoolgirl Monday in Combs-la-Ville (Seine-et-Marne). Monday outside the vocational school-Jacques Prevert, police were the target of two or three Molotov cocktails, without being injured.
Two youths aged 15 and 17, who were paraded before the same establishment, around 9:30 am Monday, a "replica dummy pump rifle in the direction of law enforcement ", police said, were indicted Tuesday by a juvenile judge for "group assault on law enforcement service" and "crime of armed crowd." They are subject to a "measure of probation ruling," a judicial source said.
Other miners, aged 15-16 years, were indicted on similar charges. Both were placed under judicial control and the others have mostly been a "measure of probation ruling.
The young adult himself has been sentenced to immediate trial "two months suspended prison sentence" and a "Obligation to work 100 hours of general interest", having "burned trash" and have "spilled over the police."
